This workshop covers a logical approach to otitis cases that can be easily applied to the practice setting. You will learn the different processes that contribute to otitis and how to incorporate them into a management plan. Disease monitoring, problem-solving and long-term prevention strategies will be covered. Medical vs surgical management, novel topical therapies and tips to save time when dealing with cases in practice will be discussed. There will be a practical microscopy session on otic cytology and a case-based management quiz to help you to apply your knowledge to real cases. If you have challenging case examples that you are dealing with in your clinic, feel free to bring them along for discussion.
