About The Event

This is a whole day focussing on the veterinary receptionist

1. Prevent it: This session looks at information that receptionists need to know when dealing with queries about preventative healthcare.

2. Resolve it and diary entries: This session looks at information that receptionists need to know when dealing with queries about ill patients as well as principles on how to setting up practice diaries and dispensing

3. The client/patient arrival and waiting period: This session looks at information that receptionists need to consider when clients and patients arrive at the surgery and are waiting for their appointment

4. The finish and follow p, post consultation: This session looks at information that receptionists need to consider when clients and patients exit the consultation and plans for follow up
