Synergy CPD was founded by Claire Roberts in 2011 and joined by Claire Woolford in 2017 as a partner. We have a loyal client base across the UK. We are highly experienced and qualified in both general practice and referral level anaesthesia. We are dedicated to providing the very best in patient care and enjoy sharing our knowledge with veterinary teams in practice. We have lectured at national and local CPD events and have published articles in international veterinary publications.
Claire joined Anderson Moores Veterinary Specialists in 2006, she ran the soft tissue nursing team for many years before moving into the anaesthesia team as the lead anaesthesia nurse. Claire has always had a passion for anaesthesia and analgesia and in 2013 Claire gained her VTS (Veterinary Technician Specialist) in anesthesia and analgesia.
She has lectured at BSAVA congress, BVNA congress and local CPD events on all aspects of anaesthesia, she is RECOVER trained in veterinary CPR. Claire has worked on the AVTAA credentials committee for 6 years and was on the BSAVA congress programme committee for 3 years.
Claire joined Synergy CPD in 2017 to provide in-house training on anaesthesia & CPR. Claire became a partner in the business in 2022. I love teaching the whole veterinary team about anaesthesia and how they can implement simple changes that mean their patients have the best outcome and allows nurses to really enjoy their role in anaesthesia.
She is and elected member of the RCVS VN Council and currently works as the primary care nursing Director for Linnaeus.
Claire founded SynergyCPD in 2011 to provide bespoke in house CPD, supporting interprofessional learning, utilising a team’s normal clinical space, equipment, and resources.
